The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were tidy and clean. The hotel is close to Jeddah airport, with a few good restaurants nearby. I stayed just one night, so I can't say how housekeeping is. For a two-bed apartment, I'd suggest adding a few more bath towels and keeping an extra blanket for guests.

I was excited to arrive after seeing the room photos online, but checking in revealed a very different reality. The rooms smelled awful, the washrooms weren't clean, and the towels and sheets were old and worn. We switched rooms, but the new one wasn't any better. There was also a cockroach in the room, which was disgusting. During our four-day stay, housekeeping never came once to clean, change the sheets, or bring fresh towels. We really used the same towel for all four days. When we asked for clean sheets and pillowcases, the guy was rude about it. Hotel management should improve the cleaning, deal with the insects, and change towels and bedding daily. This was one of the worst experiences of my life.

Mayar at reception made a real difference to my stay at Hotel LAMBERT. She welcomed me with a genuine smile, made check-in easy, and was attentive and friendly throughout. She also knew the area well and suggested places to eat and things to see. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well equipped, and the interiors felt warm and cozy. After a long day out, it was a comfortable place to come back to. My stay was delightful, largely thanks to Mayar's hospitality. I'd recommend Hotel LAMBERT to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming stay.

I chose this place for its location, but it turned out to be a waste of time and money. I couldn't stay the night. The sheets and towels were old, and there were either insects in the room or an insecticide smell that was too uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend it. Find somewhere better.
