For Shiloh’s birthday, Mr. Sami, Omar Faruk, Nawaz, Ratud, Zed, and the rest of The Voyageur team found us a perfect spot for a warm, intimate gathering with family and friends. They were attentive throughout, kindly looking after our guests and checking in now and then to make sure everything was right. The food was delicious, the service outstanding, and every detail helped make it a memorable celebration. We'd gladly return.

The only drawback was construction that woke us very early. Otherwise everything was 10/10. The rooms were super clean and had all the facilities we needed, plus a beautiful view. Khalid at reception was the best host I've dealt with: very respectful and welcoming. Even with the reception a bit crowded, he managed the timing well and checked us in quickly.

The location worked well, but a lot of the hotel seemed to be permanently closed, and the photos online didn't match what I found. My room was somewhere between semi-modern and below average, with some outlets that didn't work. The stay was just okay, and I won't be back. Service was poor.

The breakfast buffet was great, but the rest of the stay was disappointing. The hotel is old, my room in the City Tower had an awful view, and I'd rate its cleanliness 6/10. There were rats at the City Tower entrance. When I called for help replacing a few things in the room, I was told there was no staff available at the time.

I really enjoyed the location and the sea view. Breakfast could use more choices in the hot-food section, though, and the bread didn't seem very fresh.
