The pool was dirty, and the kids’ area was closed unless you paid extra. It’s very small and limited, too. There were no towels or blankets in the room unless you asked for them, and the staff were aggressive. One star feels fair to me. I don’t understand how it got a three-star rating.

The location made getting around Jeddah easy, with most of the well-known places about 20-30 minutes away. The rooms were clean, luxurious, and really comfortable. This is my favorite hotel in Jeddah, and I’ll definitely return. I’d love it if the owner replied to my review, since that would make the stay feel more personal. I highly recommend the hotel.

Good hospitality, a nice swimming pool, and a kids’ area if you’re traveling with children. Great hotel.

The room and swimming pool were very clean, and the staff were friendly, especially the night shift team. Booking online was cheaper than booking directly. The kids’ area costs 25 SR per hour.

The washroom wasn’t well kept. The shower sits right over the toilet with no divider, so the whole area gets wet. The sink is outside and was a bit dirty. The place looks recently renovated, with nice room technology, and the staff are welcoming. The location is okay, in the middle of a residential block.
