For what you pay, the quality is okay. Still, I couldn't sleep because of noise from a fan outside, so the windows need better insulation. The carpet under the bed also looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years.

I don't usually feel comfortable in accommodation, but I felt at ease here. Ahmed welcomed me and was very helpful, and the rate he offered was much better than the one I saw on third-party booking apps. Rawan was there the following day, polite and really helpful too. Thanks to you both for the wonderful hospitality. Highly recommend.

The staff were very nice and cooperative, which I appreciated. I needed a room urgently in the middle of the night and chose the hotel based on customer reviews and the room photos on Google Maps. The pictures turned out to be very old and didn't reflect the rooms as they are now. The decor and furniture, along with the hotel's other belongings, need updating.

The cleaners say they're leaving threats by my door, and make “terroristic threats” toward American Traveler. I'm minding my own business, and I think they're envious of me.

After every bath, water pools in the bathroom area. The bathroom doesn't seem maintained, and the bed was very hard.
