Hyatt House Jeddah Sari Street

The self-service laundry was especially handy on our Umrah trip, and you can buy detergent at the hotel. The area is worth walking around to get a feel for the community. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, and most speak English. They go out of their way to make you feel at home. If you're traveling with family in Jeddah, this is a great spot.

The food was delicious, and everything felt elegant and comfortable. Mr. Mahboob and Chef Khaled were welcoming and professional, with real attention to detail and a lovely way of presenting things. Their service made our visit special. I'd happily recommend it and look forward to coming back.

Housekeeping kept our room clean and well-stocked throughout the stay, with Shafiqul Islam managing room service and housekeeping. Amani and Rahaf at reception welcomed us warmly and helped whenever we needed anything. At the restaurant, Mahboob, Saddam, and Bayozid were friendly and attentive, making each meal enjoyable. I highly recommend the hotel for a great stay and service.

Rubel, Vidu, and Mr. Samir were wonderful, especially Rubel, who made us feel at home and looked after us throughout our stay. He checked that our rooms were clean, brought water while we sat on the rooftop, and kept making sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. His kindness and attention to the little things really stood out.
