Poor experience. The Egyptian receptionist on the day shift treated us very badly and didn't know how to deal with customers.

The internet connection was terrible, WhatsApp wouldn't even open, and the rooms weren't quiet. There was no lock on the bathroom door, and I didn't feel the women in our group were safe. I had a very bad experience and wouldn't recommend staying here. On my first day they asked me to pay at check-in, and I did. The next day I was late and wanted to stay longer, while my mother was alone in the room. First they called to say they needed money, then ten minutes later they knocked on the door asking for it. I don't think that's appropriate when most hotels expect payment at checkout. The Egyptian man at reception at 10:20 PM on 05 August 2025 didn't know how to deal with customers. Poor service.

The room smelled bad and was the worst I've ever seen. The receptionist was rude too.

The place is consistently clean, and the staff are friendly and professional. Prices are very affordable, though after midnight there were odd noises from furniture being moved around in vacant rooms.
