Shoab Jeddah Suites by Oyo

My package was for 3, with 3 meals and 2 PCR tests. The food was poor quality and extremely spicy curry water at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It wasn’t edible, and when I asked for tea with breakfast, they refused. I got stomach problems and food poisoning, and after 6 days my stomach still hurt and I was having motions. The reception staff wouldn’t listen to our complaints. The pillows, sheets, and blanket smelled and hadn’t been washed. The food was dumped like dog food. Very bad experience, poor service, poor treatment, and staff with bad attitudes. After one PCR test on Friday at 3 PM, they called and told me to go, saying I didn’t need the second test. But Tawakalna said I was still required to quarantine and needed a second negative PCR test. My PCR test still wasn’t done. At the airport I spent 1 hr looking for the bus and mandoob, and nobody was there. I found the mandoob inside the bus after running around like a cat for 1 hr. Please avoid booking these hotels through ALLKHATLAH HOTELS GROUP.

I booked through this site, but when I got to the hotel the manager refused to check me in. OYO didn’t refund my money later. I wouldn’t trust this website; it isn’t trustworthy.

I booked online, but when I arrived they said every room was full. They had no explanation, and instead of just apologizing they argued with us.
