Golden New Al Salama

It's a beautiful hotel close to the airport. The staff were wonderful, especially the Egyptian man at reception and the other young man working with him on the night shift. I don't know their names, but both were helpful and cooperative, and they brought everything we asked for. The rest of the staff were respectful and helpful too. May God reward them all 🙏

Peace be upon you. The service, cleanliness, and everything else would earn five stars from me, but because of the parking, I give it two. Parking inside the building was awful and unacceptable. There was no organization or attendant, and people left their cars haphazardly. I had to park on the street or outside because of inconsiderate parking and nobody managing the vehicles. One car was at the entrance, a Taurus and a Kona each occupied two spaces, and another car was left in a completely unsuitable spot. The pictures are infuriating and frustrating.

It's a beautiful, very clean hotel in a quiet spot with an excellent location. The rooms are clean, and the staff are helpful and cooperative. Thanks to management, especially Mr. Hussein, and to the cleaning staff. I'll attach photos. May God grant us all abundant grace and generosity.

Everything is neat and clean here. Ahmed at reception was especially respectful, which made the stay.
