The supervisor's conduct made for a terrible stay. He was rude and unprofessional, and when I came to check in with a confirmed online booking, he said he was giving my room to someone else who had offered more money. He said he had nothing else and offered a one-bed room, though I'd booked for two people. When I asked about an extra mattress or blanket, he refused both and offered no solution. It felt like he cared more about making extra money than honoring a confirmed reservation. Very disappointing service, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Ali at reception made my stay memorable with attentive service and a smooth check-in. Mr. Haitham also deserves thanks for the hotel's hospitality and professionalism. I had a warm welcome and felt looked after throughout my visit. I'll definitely return, and I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

They kept us waiting for six hours, then said our room wasn't available, even though I'd gone back several times during the day to check if it was ready. The Saudi staff at the front desk were somewhat friendly, but the Egyptian supervisor, who wasn't Saudi, was very rude. They had given our room to someone else and offered just one room with one bed for the two of us. When I asked for a mattress, they said they didn't have one or any blankets. We didn't get what we'd booked, so I found another hotel and paid a little more for a four-star place. It saved me more stress and dealing with nonsense.

I left before checking in after what happened at Ozone Hotel in Jeddah. I arrived around 3:15 PM, knowing check-in started at 4:00 PM, and was told to wait. But an Arab guest who came after me was checked in straight away, which raised concerns for me. At 4:00 PM they said my room wasn't ready and offered an “upgrade” that was actually the double room with two single beds I'd booked. Then they asked me to pay extra cash for it. It felt like a scam, and I genuinely believe they were trying to take advantage of me because I'm not a Saudi citizen. The treatment felt unfair and the practices shady. If you're a foreigner, I'd seriously avoid this hotel. It wasn't worth the stress.
