Kindah at reception was a big help when I had a problem with online flight check-in. I really appreciated it. The restaurant was excellent too, with tasty food at good prices, available 24 hours and delivered quickly to the room. The room itself was just so-so, with limited space, poor ventilation, and a musty smell.

The buffet was delicious, appetizing, and the best breakfast I've ever had. Everything was neat, and the staff were polite and always smiling. Maam Rose Marie the waitress and Mr. Samim did their best to make our time at Ibis Hotel a great experience. We'll definitely return and recommend it to our colleagues.

The restaurant and kitchen serve fresh dishes from regional, eastern, and western cuisines, and the hotel is conveniently located and good value for the price. We use it as a business hotel when working in Jeddah. I would give it five stars, but the room phones don't work, so you have to call for service from downstairs. I didn't try a cellular phone, but if there's a phone in the room, it should work. The main room issue is the shortage of non-smoking rooms with king-size beds. If you're tall like me and want a king bed, you may have to accept a smoking room. Otherwise, the rooms cover everything else.

Mahim in housekeeping deserves a thank you. He's respectful, hardworking, and notices even the smallest details. My room is always spotless and organized, and he greets me with a smile and a great attitude. He really makes staying at the hotel better.
