After adding another night, I’d say the floor makes all the difference here. The executive rooms on the first floor are excellent, and the staff are very hospitable and helpful. But I wouldn’t book the rooms on the second or third floors. Their old AC units are incredibly loud, and the street noise is unbearable.

The reception staff were cooperative and very good, the junior suite had plenty of space, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was acceptable, too. The furniture felt old, the bathroom water pressure was weak, and service could be slow. Sometimes something I asked for wasn’t available. Taking all that into account, I’d rate the stay around 2.8/5.

The building is very old, and the value for money just isn't there. The internet was weak and kept cutting out, and the room lighting was dim. You have to ask for cleaning or the room will be left as it is. Some of the staff were kind and attentive, though.

My parents had a great stay and loved the service. A big thank you to Mr Mohammed, Mishal & Areej for all their help and care. They’re sure to come back, and I’d happily recommend the hotel.

It’s a cozy, comfortable hotel and everything felt clean. The windows face the street because of the location, but I actually enjoyed watching the cars go by.
