A nice hotel with spacious, clean rooms and a fair price.

I had a confirmed booking, but when I arrived they said there was no reservation. They wasted my time and offered neither a solution nor a proper apology. The poor management and lack of customer care made this unacceptable. The worst hotel.

The whole stay was awful, from the cleanliness and service to how the staff treated me. The receptionist was especially terrible. I arrived at 2 PM with a Booking.com reservation, but he said my room wasn't ready and told me to cancel it. He offered another room at a higher price instead. Exhausted after my trip, I felt I had no choice but to take it. This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in.

The food doesn't taste the way it used to. The rice is inedible, cooked in a sauce that has nothing to do with Javanese food. The meat smells and tastes like meat, as though it had been boiled without spices, and it's tough.

Clean and suitable.
