We were welcomed warmly, and the helpful staff handled our luggage and assisted us in every way. The hotel was lovely, with fresh-smelling sheets and towels, and a big, soft, comfortable bed. The room had tables, chairs, a full-length mirror, and hangers in the wardrobe. The bathroom was huge and very clean. There was a fridge, though no microwave, and breakfast was available. There’s also a pool and a small gym on the top floor. Best hotel in Jeddah!

We booked four rooms, including a family room and two rooms for the family, and everyone was very happy with theirs. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, and the linens were clean too. The staff were kind and helpful. Since we had different flights, we asked for a later checkout, and they were extremely accommodating. There was always Saudi tea and dates at the hotel. The location is excellent, with so many restaurants just steps away, and the neighborhood felt very safe and clean. While we waited in the lobby to break our fast before going to the airport, the team kindly brought us water, yogurt drinks, snacks, and dates. They went above and beyond. I'd highly recommend it!

The staff let me check out a little later, which was a nice bonus. The hotel itself is modern and lovely, with tasteful decor and an amazing breakfast with lots of options. It's a short walk to the Corniche, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

The food was super tasty, and the Bengali guy in the restaurant was especially polite and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the location worked perfectly, and the staff were courteous. Alhamdulillah, we had a wonderful stay with excellent hospitality and service. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it.
