They messaged me on WhatsApp promptly after I booked, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel was very clean, and when I asked for an extra blanket, they provided a nice mink blanket, freshly washed and wrapped in plastic. Parking is ample, with a masjid right on the doorstep. It was a pleasant stay and great value for money.
I booked in person and loved the room. It was quiet, spacious, and clean, and I'd be happy to stay there again.
The staff are helpful. It's close to the airport and Arab Mall.
The reception is wonderful and the service is excellent. The hotel is comfortable and clean, and it feels like being at home. Its location works well for a vacation in Jeddah. I recommend it.
Everything was clean and I found the stay comfortable. I did get really thirsty and opened the mini fridge, but there was no water in it. That was the only issue, and overall I liked the place.
