Boudl Palestine

Poor management made my stay really disappointing. The person in charge, especially the Egyptian manager, behaved unprofessionally and made the experience unpleasant. The management's inefficiency affected my whole stay. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel and wouldn’t visit again.

The lobby is spacious, fancy, and clean, and the staff are friendly. Parking is free, and booking online should be a little cheaper than paying cash. Expect to pay a 500 S.R deposit, about $133, which you get back at checkout. Breakfast was good, the bed was very comfortable, and the complimentary internet had fair speed. Check the room before settling in, since some are better than others. I’d give it 7/10.

The room ambience was awesome, the food was great, and the hotel was neat and clean. The staff were cooperative and gentlemanly. The best part was getting all that at a very reasonable price. I’d recommend giving it a try.

Some staff were great and doing their best, but the hotel has issues and feels a little run down. The downtown Jeddah location wasn't the best for me. Wi-Fi was very intermittent and often dropped out. My bath wouldn't drain, and friends had water leaking from bathroom light fittings and aircon units, as well as mold. The key cards rarely worked, so I had to go back down to reception to get them sorted.
