The service was bad.

The location is great, close to everything, and the service was good with no complaints. But cleanliness is a serious problem. The apartment smelled damp and stuffy, like a bathroom, and that smell spread through the whole place. The sinks and chairs didn’t seem properly washed, and the pillows had a strange, unpleasant odor. The rooms and bathrooms were in terrible shape cleanliness-wise. The air conditioners only made noise and didn’t cool. For 900 for two nights, the price felt ridiculously high. I hope they deep clean between guests and deal with that bathroom smell.

I was a patient at the hospital, and in my opinion Mr. Arafat’s apartments are the best in Jeddah. He was kind, helpful, and respectful to visitors, and the staff were very cooperative as well. I’m sincerely grateful to him, and wish every place in Jeddah had someone like him.

Al Raha Apartments has been my best stay for its location, cleanliness, and the apartments themselves. Everything was impeccably clean, and the staff were very helpful. Mr. Arafat, the receptionist, made a huge difference. We nicknamed him "The Octopus" (may God bless him) because he managed things so well. Whether it was coffee or cleaning, he was incredibly flexible, outstanding, and sophisticated in how he dealt with us. Thank you! 🌷
