Beautat Almarwa

The bathroom was stained and dirty, and the inside of the building smelled awful, like cockroaches. It looks as though only the exterior has been renovated, while the building itself is old. The staff also treated guests badly. They shut off the electricity as soon as checkout time came, making it even harder to leave. It felt like they wanted us to forget our belongings. Avoid this place at any cost.

It was beautiful and clean, with very good service and a strong sense of safety.

The room wasn't cleaned properly, and the AC was weak and noisy. I had to ask several times for a towel, then wait two hours. When one finally arrived, it was dirty. A bad experience.

The location was convenient, with lots of restaurants, shops, and the Istiqdam office nearby. Service was wonderful, especially for a reasonable price.
