Everything was good.

There were service issues.

The staff and receptionists need to learn how to treat customers. I lost something valuable, and when I came back to ask about it, they first said they had it. I waited more than two hours, but they still couldn't find it. When I asked again, they told me to call the police, which did nothing for me. They even said I had nothing to do with them, although I had seen pictures of my belongings on their computer. In the end they just sent me to the police. Unbelievable. With service this poor and waits this long, I'd say there's only a 1% chance of getting a lost item back. I won't go through this again.

I called the hotel, made a reservation, and they confirmed it under my name. But when I arrived at reception, they said my name was on the list and asked me to wait 30 minutes. After that, they told me the hotel was full and couldn't take me. I wouldn't recommend contacting or staying here after that experience. The disregard and lack of courtesy were infuriating, and I don't want anyone else to go through it.
