Celine Al Motamaiza Furnished Apartment

Today is 21/11/25. My flight from RUH to Riyadh, scheduled for 1055h, was cancelled and moved to 22/11/25 at 0200h. Saudia arranged this apartment for us. Their staff had already made a terrible day worse by not properly managing the passengers affected by the flight until the afternoon. We reached the apartment service around 3pm, and registration was a bit of a mess. After checking in, we went out for lunch, then returned around 6pm. They told us to be ready for the bus to the airport at 8.30pm. We asked if we could stay until 10pm because we hadn’t had enough rest after such a terrible day and would take public transport, but reception said the 8.30pm bus was mandatory. Before 8.30, apartment staff knocked on the door telling us to get ready. We waited until 9pm and the bus still hadn’t arrived. Reception asked us to wait ten minutes. When I followed up after that, he said he was just the receptionist. I told him he was the person meant to contact them about the bus and should help follow up. He then said another ten minutes. We waited, but the bus was nowhere to be found. We followed up again, and he still asked us to wait. After an hour, no bus had even passed by. There were lots of customers waiting in the lobby, not enough chairs, and most people were standing. It felt like they were treating us like robots. In the end, we took public transport to the airport using an app. The receptionist should have been more considerate and helpful, especially with older customers and a pregnant woman standing around waiting for a bus that never came.

The rooms are comfortable and nice, but construction next to the apartments kept things noisy. There were water problems in the washroom as well. During a shower the water would stop for about five minutes, and the hot water could suddenly turn cold. Fixing these issues would make it a much better place to stay.

The flat they showed me looked good, but the one I got after booking was completely different and rubbish. The bedsheets weren’t clean, there was no geyser, the washrooms were dirty, there was no tissue paper, the sofa smelled, and the lights were dim. Whenever I complained, he showed me a new geyser that had never been installed. They cheated me. I’d rather stay on the road than ever come back to this hotel. Worst facilities, worst hotel I’ve experienced. Never stay here.

The rooms are spacious and great. WiFi works best on the lower floors. Amazing stay.
