The food wasn't good. It seemed to be brought in from elsewhere, not cooked at the hotel. They also shouted at us and wouldn't allow outside food. I had a conflict with a security guard who shouted and threatened me with a stone. The rooms were dirty, everything was broken, and they cleaned only once in five days. It was my first Umrah and a very disappointing stay. I'll choose hotels more carefully next time.

Cleanliness is part of faith!!❗ Although the hotel was crowded, the service was quite good and the food was excellent. The bigger issue for us during our long stay was that they don't offer clothes washing, so making special arrangements to wash clothes got in the way of our Umrah worship. Room cleaning was poor as well, and hygiene overall was lacking. We asked several times for the room to be cleaned, but the service we needed never came. That's why I give it one star.

The restaurant wasn't clean and the food wasn't good. Housekeeping never cleaned our room, and the security staff were rude, making comments whenever we sat in the lobby. I wouldn't come back or recommend this place to friends or family.

It's an affordable, clean hotel that I liked. The Haram is a long way off, but the shuttles run so often that getting there wasn't a problem.

The room was clean and had no bad smell. Towels and blankets were fresh, and there were toiletries, a water heater, and a shuttle bus to Haram.
