Sariyah Al Safa Hotel

It’s a huge hotel, though the lifts get very congested.

Really poor service. The laundry and room service weren’t handled properly.

A nice place, highly recommended.

Our room and toilet were very clean. They provided toiletries without us having to ask, and room service came fairly often when requested. The hotel doesn’t have its own kitchen or restaurant, so meals were arranged through catering. We were part of a very large group. The hotel is about 2 Km from Makkah Haram, and transport isn’t very expensive, but in the busy season it can be hard to find and costly, since some private and taxi drivers may ask for more than the usual fare. There are 6 lifts, and they get crowded around prayer and meal times. It’s in Nuzha district, with very few shops nearby and just one Pizza house restaurant, which only does take away. There aren’t any cafes around the hotel.
