I stayed here for five days. Never again. There was dirty water running in the street outside, and big tankers were parked by the entrance every day, making it hard for taxis and people walking by. The location isn't suitable for elderly people or families with kids. The bathroom smelled awful from the open drain, and cleanliness and hygiene seemed nonexistent. I didn't feel there was any safety either. Avoid at all cost!

It's okay if all you need is somewhere to sleep, but beyond that it isn't worth it. Everything was bad, and for this kind of quality the price should be much lower.

I stayed here with my family during Umrah in jan 2026. It was a nice experience.

The front desk service was poor, and the whole experience was terrible. We had four rooms and every one was bad. We were put in a shared common room with other bachelors even though we were all families, so we had to share the bathroom and kitchen. The blankets weren't properly washed or cleaned, there were cockroaches, and the whole room smelled. The furniture was broken and unstable. It wasn't worth the price at all. Makkah is a place of worship where people should feel welcome enough to return, but these people did the opposite.

I stayed for a week. The staff were very good, and the location was easy to get to, about a 10 minute walk from haram.
