The hotel is luxurious, and the rooms were clean. The pictures matched what I saw. I expected a one-way taxi to the Haram to cost 15-20 SAR, but during salah they charged us 40-50 SAR.

Moishale was especially friendly and helpful when I arrived, and the rest of the staff made things feel easy and relaxed. I stayed at Blue coral for a few nights. The room was comfortable and clean, with a great bed, working WiFi, and a small coffee station. No complaints, I’d book it again when I’m in Makkha.

The room itself was good, but the service from management was very poor. I checked in on 29th January 2025, and by 31st January 2025 there had been no drinking water or cleaning. I asked the receptionist twice, on 30th January and 31st January, and the room was only cleaned after I complained again today. Around 5:30 am on 30th January, the receptionist called to ask me for my booking confirmation, which felt horrible. Check-in also took 15 to 30 minutes. The reception phone just kept ringing without anyone answering, so you have to manage on your own.
