Beyab Al Azizeyyah Hotel

I was stressed and frustrated by this stay, and it felt like a complete waste of time and money. The suite had no privacy, felt uncomfortable and poorly maintained, and wasn't suitable for a proper stay. What was advertised online was nothing like the reality, and this place shouldn't be presented as a hotel. When I raised the problems right after arrival, the front desk showed no concern, offered no apology or solution, and refused to help. They also wouldn't adjust the booking or refund me despite the clear mismatch. It seemed they cared more about taking money than providing honest service. Avoid it if you value privacy, comfort, or basic customer service. If you book anyway, I'd strongly suggest taking one night only while you look for somewhere else.
