The lack of communication was a big problem. The room phone kept ringing incorrectly, and to get help we had to go downstairs and talk to reception. There were no tissues or toiletries in the bathroom, and even when an employee tried calling management, nobody answered. Management's response was to say these kinds of shortcomings happen. The room smelled of smoke, and the whole experience felt neglected. I won't come back.

During the holiday, the water to the bathrooms was shut off twice. I had booked four nights and was given a room with broken lights, with only the bedside light working. A very bad hotel.

The lack of hot water was especially frustrating in winter. If the restrooms are being maintained but reservations are still accepted, guests should still have hot water. Management didn't respond and seemed seriously unconcerned. Also, paper cups weren't available in the room when requested. I'm going to file a complaint with the relevant authorities now.

Waad was especially helpful and gave us the best service possible. The reception was great, the rooms were comfortable, and the service was excellent.
