Jamaan Al-Zahrani and Bilal made a great impression on me. They were welcoming and respectful from the moment I arrived, paid attention, and clearly cared about giving good service. Jamaan showed real professionalism and leadership at reception, and Bilal went out of his way to keep everything running smoothly. Both take responsibility, set a good example, and represent the company well. I truly think they deserve promotions, and I could see leadership qualities in each of them. Staff like this leave a lasting positive impression and give customers a reason to come back. Thank you both for your excellent service. The staff were so kind and hospitable, and they were always ready to help with advice and recommendations on things to do. A special thanks to the domestic staff and Mohammed, Sultan, Lama and Roaa. The hotel manager gave us an incredible welcome, and for the price, the rooms and bathrooms were more than satisfactory. The rooms have a quirky industrial edge with a Saudi twist, rather than that same old Hilton or Sheraton look. Breakfast was good for the price too, and you can ask for a freshly made omelette. There's a lovely coffee shop a 7 minute walk away, a supermarket around the corner, and some fantastic restaurants a short Careem ride away. One request if you visit: bring cat food for the cats outside. They're adorable but abandoned, and deserve care too. It's a real gem, and I'll come back in a year and stay again. Our team came to Saudi Arabia for work and has been staying here for about three weeks. The hotel has a calm, welcoming feel, and the location makes nearby attractions and services easy to reach. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying. Staff have been attentive, polite, and genuinely helpful throughout. My room was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and had all the essentials. I'd gladly return and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant, comfortable place to stay.
