Avoid this hotel. I stayed three days in room 512, and when I checked in I noticed what looked like old oil stains on the bedsheet. I showed one of the room service men right away, but he told me it was okay and not an issue. At checkout, another room service worker, who I think was from Kerala, pointed out the same stain and said I had to pay 51 Saudi Riyals. I said it wasn't my fault, since the stain was already there before I booked the room. He made a big drama of it, and in the end I took the sheet to the laundry and paid 20 rials to have it washed. The stain was still there afterward. I feel the hotel blamed me for something that was already on the sheet and took 51 Saudi riyals from me. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. There are other good places with 5 star ratings in the same area, and you can book VIP rooms for less than this disgusting place, Hala altamiz hotel.

The photos made the hotel look clean, but the room I got was very poor and didn’t match them. I booked it for quarantine, and the hygiene standards weren’t being maintained. I’m going to file a complaint with the health ministry.

I’d recommend this for a short stay. The room was clean, the service was good, and it’s near both the airport and other attractions.

The location worked well for visiting Irfan hospital and King Fisal vocational institute, with marts, supermarkets, and gas stations nearby. I also appreciated the underground parking and the rack of restaurant menus and tourist brochures at the end of the elevator hallway. Room service offers hot and cold drinks, too. My room had a kitchenette, living room, bath, king size bed, clean sheets and towels. The Chinese style furniture was excellent, though the bedroom closet felt a little short. It was a pleasant four-night stay and good value, so I plan to come back. Noise died down at night, though it picked up again by the dawn prayer call.
