I'm unhappy that they charged an extra day's payment for early check-in. They should give some consideration to a customer who's traveled a long way, especially when the arrival time was confirmed in advance. I did confirm the time with them, and they said it was okay. Now I've waited three hours to check in, and they're saying I didn't call, even though I showed them the phone number and the time. I'm exhausted from the long trip, and they won't make an exception, even though confirming it was their mistake. This isn't my first time at this hotel. They should give customers some respect and make them feel valued.

The room was roomy and had a kitchenette, and the air-conditioning worked really well and stayed cold. The gym facilities could use some improvement. A swimming pool would be a nice bonus.

The location worked really well for us, with the airport nearby, shops and little restaurants on the same street, and malls about a 10-minute drive away. Our room was large, clean, and quiet, with tea, sugar, a kettle, kitchen items, and a small fridge. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Internet was a bit weak but worked fine. Breakfast was included and decent, though not the best. It was our first visit and we had no complaints. I'd recommend it for either a short or longer stay.

We were there just for one night, but it was a great stay. The service exceeded what we expected, the beds were really comfortable, and the bathroom was modern.

The rooms were big, with a microwave and cooker, and the hotel was clean. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and the airport is about a 15-minute drive away. Most of the staff, including the receptionist, were good, though one worker seemed to think rather highly of himself. The walls are thin, so we could clearly hear children shouting next door, which can be irritating if you have an early flight. Jeddah is a good city, but it needs proper paths for pedestrians. I'd recommend this place for a short stay, mainly for its cleanliness and location.
