OYO 520 As Sabak Residential Units

I need a contact number, either a landline or a mobile.

The room was roomy and comfortable, and the clean, carpeted floors were my favorite part. The price of 200 riyals, with breakfast included, is reasonable. The power outlets are old and have two holes. The bathroom and kitchen ceramic tiles could use a more tasteful look.

I felt very comfortable here. The soundproofing was excellent, the window air conditioners were quiet, and the place was very clean. It would be nice to have a coffee shop downstairs under the grocery store; there's a number available for ordering. The reception staff were extremely polite apart from one employee. I asked her to have the apartment cleaned because it hadn't been cleaned for two days. She said the workers' cleaning time had ended before Asr prayer. I explained that we were going out with them at night, but she insisted and still didn't tell them to clean. When I came back, nothing had been cleaned and the trash was piled up. Her attitude was poor.

The carpeted floors make these apartments a good fit for families with very young children. The rooms are very comfortable to sleep in, even more so than some newer hotels nearby, with excellent insulation in what is clearly an older building. I'd still give it four stars. The furniture is only moderately luxurious, and the building isn't new. The Carrier window air conditioners can cool or heat the room, just switch them on and leave them running. Prices are average, rise with the season, and are lower than those at nearby places.
