The pillows were probably the best I've slept on in any hotel, and the bed itself felt just right, neither too soft nor too hard. Our suite was very nice, with a spacious, spotless bathroom and a shower with good pressure. They kindly upgraded us, though our stay was only about eight hours. It's a new property, so the rooms are in great shape. The staff were helpful and got us checked in even though we arrived around 2:00 in the morning. There isn't an airport shuttle, but we had someone picking us up, so that was fine. I'd definitely stay again, and highly recommend it for those pillows.

The room was huge and the bed was so comfortable that my 3-year-old slept through the whole night. The hotel was very clean, and the men at the counter were warm and welcoming. They arranged a taxi for our morning flight, about 12-15 minutes away, and told us we could use Hunger Station to get food delivered at 1 a.m. We booked at the last minute because we were coming from Makkah for Umrah and wanted to be near Jeddah airport before our flight. I’d happily stay here again for an early departure. Thank you!

We had trouble finding somewhere, so the staff got a car and drove us there. Any problem we raised was dealt with in seconds, and the owner and staff were incredibly kind. One of the friendliest hotels I’ve stayed in, with customer service that’s on another level. If you want a good quality hotel, this is the place.

The rooms are cozy and clean, the atmosphere is lovely, and the prices are reasonable. The service feels seven-star. I won’t go on about the generosity, since you’ll see that all over Saudi Arabia. I know where I’ll stay next time I visit Jeddah, and I hope they keep things at this level.

It’s good value and handy for the airport, but the charge for a second night bothered me. We left at 10:30 p.m. to catch our flight and only got a few riyals off the price. Otherwise, a nice place to stay.
