The team made this such a comfortable, welcoming stay, especially Ms Ashjaan Al Jadani. Reception greeted me warmly, and they worked around my flight times with an early check-in and late check-out. Housekeeping and front desk were both consistently helpful and genuinely hospitable. I’d happily recommend this cosy place in Jeddah.

The location works well, and the people were decent. The place itself was clean, though the furniture looked worn and wasn’t clean. What bothered me most was the smoking: despite the no-smoking rule, some guests smoked right by the elevator in an enclosed area with no ventilation.
Ali and Rashid were especially friendly and helpful, and the place was clean in a good location. I’d like to return. The elevator feels quite old, though, and the kitchen could use some utensils.
Ashjan Aljadaani at reception was welcoming and supportive, and the quiet neighborhood made for a pleasant stay. There was plenty of free parking, and the interiors were okay. It’s close enough to the beach for a nice walk at night. I was told the two-bedroom apartments don’t have a view, and the kitchen needs some utensils, but neither was a big issue. The experience was very good, and this hotel is on my list for future visits to Jeddah.
