Elite Park Hotel

The shaded parking was a real plus, right below the elevator leading to room 601, and the place itself was peaceful with a lovely view. I first came here as a newlywed, and today I marked our 12th wedding anniversary. The staff made the memory even nicer with such a warm welcome. Ziad Al-Jundi was especially kind, and Ahmed, Nabil, and the rest of the team were wonderful too. Thank you to the hotel, management, staff, and workers. As the saying goes, whoever doesn’t thank people doesn’t thank God. 🌹

The hotel is distinctive and attractive, and the price was good. I did take a star off because the room window faces an air-conditioning repair corridor. It seems easy for someone to break in through it and steal from the room, so I hope management addresses that by locking the window or fitting interior bars and screws. The restaurant food is honestly delicious, but they don’t serve dinner.

The reception team was very helpful, and the hotel was clean and neat. We hope they keep doing well and look forward to visiting again, God willing.

I found the reception staff pleasant to deal with, especially Naifa, who was polite, kind, and articulate. The hotel is in a great spot in Al Shati, close to the waterfront, and it was tidy and clean. There are apartments with one bedroom and a living room, and others with two bedrooms and a living room. I think they may also have rooms. The one thing I struggled with was the strong smell of cleaning products throughout the place. I hope they use less, since it affects breathing.
