There was good parking, and the service was exceptional. Manager Fahad provided everything we asked for. The hotel was great, and I’ll be back soon. Thank you!

My stay at Eva Hotel in Al Naeem was very disappointing. I had agreed on a price with the Saudi manager, Mr. Mohammed Al-Ghamdi, who was professional and handled things fairly. But during the second week, Ahmed, an Egyptian staff member, raised the rate by 45% the next day. When I challenged it, he wouldn’t contact the manager and said he was on leave. I felt he took advantage of the situation, and his disrespectful, unprofessional attitude didn’t match the hotel’s stated standards. I ended up leaving on the first day of the Eid holiday, even though I had an agreement with Al-Ghamdi. I hadn’t planned to give the hotel one star, but the service was ridiculous and I was treated badly. I don’t recommend staying here. Mr. Al-Ghamdi deserves credit for his integrity, but Ahmed’s actions damaged my trust in the hotel. Management should address this kind of pricing practice. I also hope they give Ahmed, the Egyptian guy, a course on how to communicate with customers.

I booked and paid through agoda, but when I arrived the hotel refused to let me check in. I spent over three hours waiting in the lobby. The phone numbers and email listed on agoda weren’t valid, so agoda couldn’t reach the hotel either. It was a terrible experience and wasted my whole day. They clearly have a problem and don’t seem to be doing much to solve it. Don’t book this hotel through an online booking site.

My booking was completely wrong, and because of that I had to pay for an extra room for three nights, even though it was their mistake. The place felt like a mess, with things falling apart everywhere. Laundry came back with the colors mixed in with the whites, and they even insisted those clothes weren’t white. The shower water was cold and the toilet seats were broken. I could keep listing problems. Save your money and don’t book here.
