The hotel is a reasonable option for a night or two, especially at its affordable rates. It sits in a quiet part of Obhour beachside, about 2 km from the camel roundabout. Rooms are clean and spacious, though they could use a little improvement. Reception, room service, and security staff are all very friendly and work to make guests feel welcome.

Good spot, with places to relax and do sports nearby.

The two things that need attention are the tap water, which wasn't clean, and the TV, which had a problem. This is the first time I've had an issue with tap water in Saudi, so management should deal with it. They should also check the rooms regularly for maintenance. Apart from those concerns, everything was great. The receptionists were welcoming and friendly, especially Bander.

Rooms aren't cleaned properly, the bathrooms are filthy, and there were no toilet paper or tissues, no towels, and no hot water. Wi-Fi barely works, and in some rooms the electricity mysteriously cuts out. They offered no fix or compensation, and management wouldn't explain or address any of it. They also overbook, so despite having a confirmed reservation, we couldn't check in until 7 PM. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I would never recommend it to anyone, since they could end up paying to sleep on the street.
