Happy Beach Hotel 3

The staff were accommodating, and there was a large waiting area and a coffee shop. The reception had mint water, and the hotel had a wheelchair-accessible spot and a wheelchair available inside. Our room came with a kettle, small vault, iron, and hair dryer, which was nice. It's a comfortable place if you want to be near tourist spots, just meters from the king fahad fountain. The bathroom had holes after renovation and wasn't finished well, and the bathroom door in our room wasn't fixed. Hopefully they can replace it. Aside from that, we were completely satisfied.

The executive suit smelled like poo. There's a massive drainage hole in the middle of every bathroom, so the smell lingers there and spreads to the other rooms. It took 2 hours 15 minutes to check me in. The young guy at reception was very rude and couldn't make an effort to communicate. I was using google translate to get my message across, but he was too lazy to try to get his message across to me. They also charged me more than I initially booked and called it some type of fee. Very disappointed. Don't stay here, you'll thank me for it.
