Almasa Apartment was a wonderful place to stay. It felt like a home away from home, with a clean, comfortable space and thoughtful design. The modern furniture was cozy, and everything I needed was easy to find.

In 35 years of traveling, this was one of my worst experiences. The hotel staff didn’t give us a mattress, pillow, or blanket. Their strange explanation was that everything was at the laundry and nothing was available. The staff handled customers very unprofessionally. I’d avoid this hotel and be careful with the staff.

Poor customer service. This was my worst experience at a hotel, and I’d advise avoiding this place.

The rooms were clean, but the beds were old and uncomfortable. The comforter was especially worn and unclean, and the old washrooms need repairs. There were no towels, and the prayer mat was very old and worn. I wouldn’t recommend it for a family stay.
