Hotel Al Shahba Al Faiha Jeddah

The hospital provides good practical care. The nurses and doctor are professional and communicate well.

Really good.

I’m grateful for the service.

The location worked well for day-to-day needs, with cafés, restaurants, and grocery stores all close enough to walk to. The room itself was spacious and clean, and I liked the large, comfortable shower. The ducted AC kept things cool without blowing straight onto the bed. I’d booked for two weeks and was impressed right from arrival. But after the first day, the heavy traffic in Jeddah made getting to work extremely inconvenient. I asked reception if I could cancel the nights I had left and get a refund. I expected a refusal since hotels are usually strict about that, but the staff were kind and professional, and seemed genuinely keen to help. They went out of their way with the refund process, and their care was beyond what I expected. Thank you for the welcome, hospitality, and support. I really appreciate it 🙏🏻
