The furniture in the room was very old, and there were no services beyond having somewhere to sleep. At reception, the staff member was unprofessional. He asked me to cancel my "Booking" reservation because rental prices had gone up. I refused, and although my room was ready and available, he would not let me check in before 3:00pm, the time shown on Booking. He then asked me to cancel again if I wanted an earlier check-in, while keeping the same Booking price.

We weren’t allowed to check in, and the staff were very rude. They turned down our booking because prices had gone up. Poor management and very unprofessional.

The rooms are kept clean, hygienic, and in good condition. Staff are friendly and welcoming, always smiling, and give good discounts. I’d recommend this hotel to families and other travelers.

I had a good stay. The place feels more like a one-bedroom apartment, with a McDonald's within walking distance and a Panda supermarket nearby for longer stays. Communication can be difficult, and there isn’t much else close enough to walk to. The in-house food option is limited to ordering from other restaurants.
