We booked several rooms and the meeting room for our event. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the reception teams on both day and night shifts were welcoming and helpful. Ms. Sumaiya, Mr. Amr, Mr. Samuel, and especially Mr. Osama stood out for their kindness and professionalism. One of the best hotels in Jeddah for its hospitality. I highly recommend it for business or leisure. I loved our stay, which was our second year there, and will definitely return on my next visit.

I’ve stayed here twice now. The room is lovely and cozy, the area is quiet, and the service is decent. They also kept my bags for me after checkout while I went touring some more. If you’re attending the Red Sea film festival, it’s probably one of the closest hotels, and you can walk there.

The decor and food both met our expectations, and the guests felt comfortable and left very happy. The Princess Hall looked stunning, with snacks, tea, Arabic coffee, then a delicious dinner with amazing appetizers. We hosted a valima reception there, and every request was handled wholeheartedly and enthusiastically, exactly as we wanted. Ms. Sumaiya, the banquet manager, listened patiently and guided us through the possible solutions. That helped us hold a very successful event, Alhamdulillah, and they provided a complimentary room for the bride and groom. A big thanks to Ms. Sumaiya and her team for organizing it so well. Miss Sumaiyah really made our event smooth and stress-free. She was professional, attentive, and very accommodating, the best staff member. The hotel hall was excellent, spacious, clean, and well-organized. Highly recommended!
