Laten Suites

Being able to walk to shops and restaurants made the location especially convenient for me. Inside, the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed, fresh linens, and a spotless bathroom stocked with fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries. The staff were helpful from the moment I arrived, and the room had the amenities I needed. I had a very happy stay at Laten Suites and would recommend it. I hope to come back.

The room wasn’t prepared with the care I’d seen before: there was dust on the sofa and the curtains weren’t clean. When I arrived at midnight, the receptionist unexpectedly became provocative and bargained with me over the price, seeming to take advantage of the late hour. There was no welcome like before, and no added attention to the room. I was told I could file a case against the employee and stay until morning, even though he knew I was leaving. I’m disappointed. Please take cleanliness and supervision seriously, and remind reception staff to speak respectfully and handle disagreements properly with hotel guests.

The lobby’s massage chair was a highlight. The location is handy too, with two malls reachable within five minutes and lots of restaurants nearby. My room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very hospitable. The kitchen had the basics, including a stove, microwave, and fridge.

Getting a taxi or Uber was easy, and Andalus Mall is nearby, with places like Mc Donald's around it. There’s also a coffee store beside reception. Breakfast came by room service and was good, with enough for me. The room was big and clean, with a comfortable bed, full toiletries, and a mini kitchen. The staff were accommodating, though not many spoke English. I liked the hotel.
