The room itself was alright, with a comfortable bed and a TV, though there was no way to watch movies or anything like that. The location wasn’t ideal: no promised sea view, and getting around the rest of the city wasn’t easy. Cleaning had to be requested each day, and even after asking several times they sometimes forgot. The elevator worked only sometimes. Internet was usually down, and when it worked, it was very poor.

There were three of us, but we got just one towel. We searched every floor for the cleaning crew and couldn’t find anyone. The service was very bad. They said they’d welcome us with tea, but nothing arrived. A really disappointing experience.

The breakfast sucks, the staff lack tact, and airport taxi drivers never seem to know where this place is. There’s no attention to detail. Hot water runs out within seconds, and the AC is either arctic or completely off, with no setting in between. The toilet seats are too high, which is a problem even for me at 6 ft, so anyone shorter will feel like a hobbit. This should be your last resort.

They didn’t have 190 in cash to refund us and made us wait 10 minutes. There was no accountant available to make a transfer either. Unprofessional staff with zero experience.

Booked for three days, but after just one day I left because it was that bad. The whole hotel is a mess and doesn’t deserve even one star. There were bed bugs, the AC was broken, and the staff behaved badly. A terrible place to stay. I suggest you don’t come here.
