Rose Jeddah Hotel

The male staff were helpful and friendly, and I enjoyed the varied breakfast. Rose Hotel, Jeddah felt clean and peaceful, and my five-day stay was good overall. One frustrating moment came at checkout on Wednesday 17/12: the female receptionist seemed unprofessional and communicated poorly, delaying me when I was rushing to catch my flight. I hope the feedback helps improve guest service, and I do appreciate the hotel’s quality.

The location worked well for us, close to the old city and the old city park, and the staff were professional. Our room was clean, though the hotel looked old at first glance, and breakfast had great options. The water heater switch didn’t work, but they fixed it within the first hour after we checked in.

Ameera was the one staff member who spoke English well, and she communicated excellently. Most of the others didn’t speak English and misunderstood things, which cost me both money and time. The room and bathroom were small, the staff generally weren’t friendly, and breakfast wasn’t worth the price. I won’t recommend this place or come back.

The bed and air conditioning were good, but the bathroom was in really bad shape. The shower barely worked, several things were broken, and the smell lingered. We waited 15 minutes for help with our luggage, and the receptionist was extremely rude. Breakfast had very few choices and wasn’t good. Be careful about booking here.
