The staff did help us, though talking things through was a little difficult since they mostly spoke Urdu and Hindi and had limited English and Arabic. We only needed a short rest after a long flight before going to Mecca for Umrah, so our expectations were modest for a budget hotel. The stay was okay.

We were just stopping for a quick rest after a long flight before heading to Mecca for Umrah, and the budget hotel was okay for that. Staff were helpful, although communication was a bit hard because they mostly spoke Urdu and Hindi, with limited English and Arabic. I called room service for tea bags, coffee, and sugar, but two men arrived saying I had mentioned filing a lawsuit on the phone. A pretty funny mix-up.

Milana made our stay in Jeddah a great one after umroh, before our Saturday city tour. The room was clean, with entertainment, all the amenities we needed, and hot water. There are lots of Indonesian Restos nearby, and Al Baik chicken is just across the street if you want to try it. The location is very strategic and easy for Careem cars to find. Even on a busy Ahad morning, we got a ride to the King Abdul Aziz airport easily, and the drive took less than 20 minutes. Dont hesitate to choose Milana in Jeddah.

Really good location, and the service felt honest, safe, and respectful. Everything was totally fine.

The rooms are roomy, the place is quiet, and the cleaning was excellent. There was hot water in the restroom, plus a kettle and tea things in the room. Staff were very cooperative and tried to help as much as possible despite a bit of a Pakistan/Saudia cultural difference. It's close to the Jeddah airport. Everything was up to the mark, best experience ever.
