The location is excellent and reception is good, but the furniture is very worn. There's no control over street noise from bachelors, and the noise wouldn't be appropriate for families. You'll breathe in shisha and smoke too. In high season, I don't think it's worth more than 120 riyals a day, or 40 riyals on regular days.

The sea view was wonderful, and the reception staff were good to deal with. But the next day, a group of single men moved in next door. That alone isn't the issue, but they should have shown some respect. I could smell shisha and tobacco coming from them, and confirmed it in my own way. The historic character and great location make this place distinctive, and it was very clean and quiet. Sitting on the balcony for hours with the sea seeming right beside you was enough for me. The regular rate is 300 riyals a night, and I think it goes up on holidays and in peak season.

It's lovely and peaceful, with a beach view, but the prices feel a bit high. A single room is 400 riyals. Please think about lowering the rates.
