Mövenpick Jeddah City Star has comfortable rooms, excellent hospitality, and a great location. I’d recommend it to people visiting Jeddah for work or leisure, and I’m looking forward to coming back.

We stayed two nights with family and weren't disappointed. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked great, and breakfast brought to our room was delicious, with plenty of choices served on a cart table. Room service was good, the room was clean and organized, and the receptionists were friendly and well mannered. The beautiful lobby has lots of seats too. I’ve stayed here regularly during trips to Jeddah. The location on Medina Road is distinctive and connects to many of the city's main streets and roads. My only issue is the price. I wish they wouldn't raise it so often and would keep it more reasonable. Otherwise, it's a great hotel for a Jeddah stay.

Basem and Jannah made my stay truly memorable. They were warm, professional, and friendly every time we interacted, always smiling and eager to help. Their service was attentive and efficient, and they went above and beyond. It’s rare to find people who combine such genuine kindness with professionalism. Thank you both for making me feel valued as a guest. Mövenpick Hotel City Star Jeddah was comfortable from start to finish. The hotel was exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained, with a convenient location. My room was spacious, relaxing, and thoughtfully designed. I highly recommend Mövenpick City Star Jeddah and look forward to returning.

I expected luxury and comfort here because the Movenpick brand, especially within the Kingdom, carries expectations of quality facilities and service. Instead, I experienced less than that. Staff at every level need training and support with their behavior so they can reflect the brand well and provide guests with a satisfying stay. Those standards need to be maintained over time.
