Najmet Al Esraa Al Zahabeya

Run, don’t waste time reading the reviews. The furniture is old, there’s dust everywhere, and the place feels creepy. It smells like a hospital, and the elevator makes strange cracking noises. I don’t think this deserves to be called a hotel.

I was completely dissatisfied. The reception staff were very rude, and the internet in my room was poor. My mobile signal was poor there too, so I tried using the lobby area in front of reception, but staff told me I couldn’t sit there. I was surprised and wondered what that area was meant for.

The rooms are spacious and the location is excellent, near malls and the airport, but cleanliness and service were disappointing. The AC didn’t work well, and there was no working WiFi upstairs, only in the lobby downstairs. The staff don’t speak English, and they only accept MADA or cash.

I paid 2500 riyals for one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. Management took three hours to give me a room, and when I arrived the beds hadn’t been made. The WiFi only worked some of the time, and the breakfast was somehow worse than what you get on economy class flights.
