Lafontaine Alsaad Suites

The night manager really tried to help and was very helpful, but the rest of the stay was awful. During our two nights, the geyser, AC remotes, fridge, and intercom all failed, and nothing was fixed before checkout. At checkout they didn't even send anyone to help with our luggage. The day receptionist and customer relations staff were rude and full of attitude. The day team was useless, and the whole experience was pathetic.

For an overnight stay, the room was tidy and the toilet and bathroom were clean. They supplied a prayer mat, iron and board, bath towel, small soap, shower gel, shampoo, tea supplies, and two small bottles of water. There was no room service after 9 pm, and the reception staff weren't helpful.

We stayed in room 803 for a day with my family, and had a good experience. Reception management was good, and the free WiFi was very fast. The room and toilet were clean, with a fridge, electric kettle, tea bags, drinking water, and plenty of tissues and toilet paper. Thanks to the management and staff. Regards, Rajesh.

The location worked really well for business in the industrial cities, especially if you're coming into Jeddah. Our room was spacious and very clean, and the bathroom was spotless, which is how I judge hotel cleanliness. Staff were friendly and professional, and breakfast was included in the room price, with a broad mix of local and international food. Very nice hotel.
