Paradise Inn Jeddah

Housekeeping was the main problem during our 3 night stay. We used the button in the room to ask for cleaning, but no one came. Don't expect housekeeping while you're there. The rooms themselves felt fairly new and we were generally happy with ours. Breakfast was quite weak, though it may be enough depending on what you expect.

We were happy with the friendly, helpful staff, the good service, and the clean, comfortable rooms. Our family of two adults and four children stayed for 2 nights, booking two rooms with one large bed each. The beds were spacious enough for up to 3 people to sleep comfortably. The rooms were listed as the same type and price, though one was noticeably smaller, with a much narrower bathroom, which made it a little uncomfortable. As first time visitors to Jeddah, we weren't sure where to stay, but this location was convenient for walking to shops, restaurants, and cash points. You still need transport to reach major attractions and large malls. The hotel also has a swimming pool, billiard table, and ping pong. We appreciated those, though the outdoor playground and pool area are small and get very hot during the day. There's also a prayer room near the lobby, but it isn't very large. Breakfast tasted good and was enough for a simple morning meal, though there wasn't much variety. Only 2 breakfasts per room were included; extra ones cost more, but the price was reasonable. The air conditioning unit sits right in front of the window and could be noisy and disturbing. The smaller room had no window, so there was no way to tell whether it was light or dark outside. Despite these drawbacks, we enjoyed the stay and found the hotel comfortable and family friendly.

It's in a great spot near everything 😍, including the Corniche, shopping malls, and Palestine street, a popular road with lots of restaurants.

The location was nice, opposite the medical center park, and the rooftop pool was refreshing. The hotel was lovely, tidy, and offered good service. We had a comfortable bed and a good shower, and breakfast was included with what you need to start the day. A great experience.
