The room was clean and stylish, and the calm, comfortable atmosphere made my stay at Palm Boutique Hotel Al Naeem really enjoyable. The hotel is in a perfect location, too. From arrival, the welcome and service were warm and professional. Ali Yahya and Mohammed Rasel at reception and valet made me feel right at home. They went above and beyond, helping with parking, local recommendations, and a smooth check-in. Their genuine friendliness and hospitality really stood out. I highly recommend this place for a visit to Jeddah, for business or leisure, and I'll definitely return on my next trip.

The rooms are airy and comfortable, and the hotel itself is clean and well kept. Everything else was excellent, but the female receptionist was rude and very unprofessional. There were rooms available, yet she refused to give me one and spoke to me discourteously. Management should train her to treat guests properly.

Clean rooms and good service. I had a great time here.

The housekeeping and porter staff were brilliant and did their best with the resources they had. The hotel itself feels stuck in the last century, though at least the lifts surprisingly work. Nothing seems to have been maintained: the bathroom is something you use at your own risk, and all the furniture is old and used, like the 90s are calling. Glad I only stayed one night.

There’s a whole street nearby with local restaurants and shops, which made the location great. The hotel was nice and our room was good, though we could hear people talking loudly in the next room for a while. Maybe they were just being especially loud.
