Park Hyatt Jeddah - Marina, Club and Spa

The gardens were beautifully arranged and kept immaculate, and the resort’s whole atmosphere felt special, with lovely decor and lots of mosaic and sculpture. We also really enjoyed dinner outdoors; the menu was delightful. Inside, our room was gorgeous and spotless, and the housekeeping team were so pleasant and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Check-in was quick and efficient, and everyone from the GM to the concierge was helpful. They met all our requests with a smile, refreshed the complimentary fruit basket each day, and left a wide selection of complimentary dates along with a lovely handwritten welcome card. We’ve finally found our home away from home in Jeddah. Well done to the staff and management!

Rayyan at the front desk, Joseph from room service, and Nawal all deserve a special thank you. Everyone was kind, helpful, and professional, and they made the stay unforgettable. One of my best stays ever. Everything was exceptional.

Dinner at Park Hyatt Jeddah was such a memorable evening. We’ll definitely come back. Fahim, Jamal, and chef Ibrahim gave us exceptional service, and the menu was outstanding. The dining room felt cozy with its candlelight, while the staff welcomed us warmly from the moment we arrived. A five-star gem!

The seafood was the highlight at Nafura restaurant, with a huge selection of quality fish grilled. The team really went above and beyond to make our group’s dinner memorable, and the staff service was exceptional. Special thanks to chef Fahad and Salah. I was in Jeddah for a business event, and found the restaurant’s decor beautiful and the atmosphere calm and elegant.
